Fischer Homes also offers 20 single family home plans with starting prices from $274,900-$418,900 depending on plan.  Obviously prices are subject to change!

Drees Homes is now also building in Shaker Run and offers 10 floor plans with starting prices from $286,500- $348,900.

So between the two builders you have 30 single family home plans to choose from.  You've got plans for ranch or two story, small or rather large, so you can bet there's a great chance that one of the two offers something for your preferences.
