Warren County Ohio Real Estate News and Observations

Tired of Being A Cookie? Move to A Warren County Country Home!

When you first started out, the home seemed perfect!  Nice little landscaped lawn, community pool and play area, maybe some walking trails if you were lucky!  You could have any floor plan you wanted, as long as what you wanted was one of the five or six they offered for your development.

Now, the things that first appealed to you grate on you.  That cookie cutter development just doesn't feel the same as it used to! Tired of feeling like you could use broomsticks to fence with your neighbor, WITHOUT even needing to leave your home? Just reach out the master bath window... yeah, they can see you and just about reach you too!

What do you mean, I can only have this ONE style of mailbox?  It's MY property, I pay the mortgage, and they ORDER me around like the HOA owns the place??

Fred mowed the lawn next door, better hop right on it before the neighbor's start talking about me being a slacker?
And what the hell was he doing mowing at 8 in the morning?  Doesn't he know that's the ONLY morning I get to sleep in?  And if that bleepin' dog barks at 11 pm one more time I don't know WHAT I'll do!!!!

Is it time for a change??  Consider moving to one of the MANY country homes available in Warren County Ohio!  We've got properties at all price ranges, all styles.  Whether you want an acre, or 3, or 5, or 10 or more, it's out there waiting for you!  Wooded or fields, or a nice mix, we can find it for you!

Another Beautiful Warren County Morning!

(Just another beautiful country sunrise in Warren County!)

Do what you want with your mailbox!  Paint ANY colors you want!  Don't mow the lawn until YOU want to!  Enjoy the freedom!  Grow your own veggies in more than a 10 x 10 square in the back corner of your lawn!  Let your kids watch the deer play, the wildflowers bloom and the birds right at your feeder!

And all this, much closer than you'd think AND cheaper than you'd think!  Many homes are just short drives away from the interstates, so you can improve your quality of life without seriously impacting your work commute!  Still close to restaurants and shopping, tons of entertainment options, convenient to both Cincinnati AND Dayton, Warren County is a fantastic place to live!  Take advantage of the extremely low interest rates, and MAKE THAT MOVE!

If you need help making that decision, please contact The Liz Spear Team of RE/MAX Elite for a free consultation!  We can help you sell your existing home AND buy your next home!

Take care,
Liz & Bill
