Great Traditions' newest luxury patio home community in Blue Ash Ohio is progressing rapidly!  A drive through The Retreat at Summit Park yesterday revealed SOLD on quite a few of the lot signs!  And there were 3 homes (including the eventual model home) well on their way to being completed and more holes and foundations being prepped for further building!  Below are the latest pictures:

The Retreat at Summit Park is being built on 21 acres and the developers are maintaining lots of green space.  And you have to love the location, VERY close to Blue Ash's Summit Park and if you commute, you have ready access to I71/I75/I275. 

As we mentioned at the beginning, these are luxury priced.  While you might be able to build for slightly less than $500,000, expect $500,000 and up by the time you pay for any possible lot premiums and upgrades.

If after taking a look at the plans, feature list and community plan, we're going to ask a favor:  HIRE US!  The builder's rep works for the builder, not you.  And for us to help you, at a minimum we need to have you tell the builder's rep that you're working with us.  And honestly, we'd much prefer to set the appointment with the builder's rep and accompany you for your meeting.  That's just part of our job as your buyer's agent!  And promise, we don't disappear after the meeting but are ready to help you all the way from first meeting to completing your purchase.
