Another Cincinnati's 55+ Patio Home In Heritage At Miami Bluffs Under Contract

Whenever someone calls us about buying a Cincinnati area patio home we listen to find out what they need.  What's most important to them?

The overall community?

Location?

Certain house features?

New or used?

Budget?

Is a 55+ community desirable to them?

And with one very active couple in their 70's (who still ski, bike and much more), it became apparent the best possible community match for their needs was Cincinnati's ONLY 55+ community Heritage at Miami Bluffs!

For the best fit for their needs and budget, Drees new construction courtyard homes and patio homes just weren't going to work.  Instead, we focused on resale patio homes and zeroed in on a resale that offered a finished basement and sunroom for a better price than brand new without a basement.

After carefully considering the pros and cons of the community and the home, they decided to proceed with writing an offer.  A bit more than 24 after the initial offer we wrapped up the weekend with an accepted offer.

Our role in this?  Besides helping identify the right community, the right home and getting a fair price on their new home is to help guide them through the process.  Much has changed since the last time they purchased a home so we're the guides to help them through the change.  It's a responsibility that we take very seriously for ALL our clients, be they buyers or sellers.  

Heritage at Miami Bluffs is a gated community and features a 9500 sq foot clubhouse and a full time Activities Director.  The clubhouse is the hub of an extensive network of activities, and among the amenities are a pool, fitness center, ballroom, game room, theater and more!

Heritage at Miami Bluffs is getting closer to the end of it's new construction period, with only one major phase left and an expectation that it will be built out within the next 2-3 years.   There are currently incentives in place for the first buyers in the final phase, so you can get tens of thousands of dollars in options for FREE added to your home if you act soon! 

We highly recommend to NOT go direct to a builder "for the better deal" but instead call Bill at 513-520-5305 to enlist our help.  With Drees Homes, our payment is already built into the price and paid by the builder, so wouldn't you prefer to have the expertise of someone working ONLY for you on your side?
