The Villas at Beavercreek Ohio Ranch Condo Sold!

ranch condo soldThis morning our buyers have a new place to call home!  The journey was a bit longer than expected and with a few twists and turns along the way!  The original search started in Mason, quite a bit to the south of Beavercreek! Nothing in Mason was the perfect fit and then the search shifted north to include the potential for a Springboro new construction patio home or a Centerville new construction ranch condo.  Those were a bit higher in budget than comfortable so we returned to resales until finding the condo in Beavercreek.

The condo was in great shape and priced to move, but the seller had had some bad luck along the way.  Three contracts prior to us had all fallen through due to various reasons that had nothing to do with the condo's condition.

And in a case of proving how much location matters, the same builder's resales in Mason sell closer to $300,000.  In Beavercreek the same floor plan was purchased for $221,350.  Plenty of space, well updated and ready to move in with minimal changes needed by our buyers.
