It's Going To Be A Great Week!
You can see it, you can feel it, it's going to be a GREAT WEEK! I don't care if it IS Monday :)
ANOTHER beautiful sunrise to start the day, it's November 22nd and the temperature is pushing the 60s, and the wind is warm! It's an unexpected bonus for our area this time of year!
We've got a closing scheduled for this afternoon AND one of our listings is getting a 2nd showing today! That by itself obviously doesn't mean a contract is coming, or even a reasonable contract, but it certainly increases the odds!
Combine with some time with our families this week for Thanksgiving, and we've got quite a bit to feel blessed about!
We might be absent from the Rain a bit more than usual this week...sorry, family time comes first... BUT, don't worry, we've got at least a few posts drafted and ready to hit Submit! So Tish, we WILL hit that 100 consecutive days mark tomorrow AND we'll keep on blogging from there!
