Questions About Which Cincinnati Condo Is Right For You?

Thinking about buying a Cincinnati Ohio condo? There are quite a few factors to consider when deciding which Cincinnati condo is the best fit for you needs.

Of course there's budget, different price points have different availability.

Location and availability matters too.  For instance while there are quite a few condo communities in Mason Ohio, the number of condos for sale might be VERY limited.

What style of condo works best for you?  Attached ranch condo (quad or side by side?).  Common entrance or separate entrances?

What are the HOA fees?  And what do your dollars give you?

How likely is there to be a special assessment for new roofs or siding?

Are you part of a bigger subdivision or just the condo association?

What amenities are provided?  Pool?  Tennis?  Clubhouse?

How close is the community to important places such as your job?

What kind of financing is approved for the condo purchase?  For instance many condo communities are NOT approved for FHA funding.

How much living space to you need?  Some communities feature smaller units (1000-1400 sq ft) and others routinely go over 2000 square feet.

Do you need a condo with a basement?

Do you need an attached garage?  Or any garage at all?
