Please Adjust Your Thermostat Before Showings!
Summertime is just around the corner, but some days when you step outside you'd think it was already here! Hot Hot Hot!! If your home is on the market, something you might want to consider is your thermostat temperature before showings.
You may be more tolerant to heat than most folks and keep your thermostat on a higher temperature to keep your energy bill down, and that's a great thing to do UNTIL someone is scheduled to visit your home.
When the buyer is focused more on how uncomfortable they are and not the features of your home, you can quickly lose a potential buyer's interest. And we've seen the same during the winter when a home is abnormally cold!
So consider adjusting your thermostat before showings to make sure the home is comfortable!
