Pendragon Homes Introduces Aberlin Springs Agri-community

Last year Drees Homes introduced Elliott Farm in Loveland, which added a unique feature:  community gardens as part of the subdivison of homes and patio homes.

Well Pendragon Homes has raised the stakes with their exclusive community Aberlin Springs.  Now starting Phase I, Pendragon's Aberlin Homes includes a CSA (Community-supported Agriculture) program.  Basically there will be a farm on site.  Fresh raised produce and pastures for cows, and residents get dibs on enjoying the Farm To Table lifestyle.  Hard to get more local than your own subdivision!

Key facts:

  • Aberlin Springs is 141 acres close to the I71/SR 48 interchange in Union Township, so you've got ready access for commuting.
  • Lebanon City Schools
  • Multiple tiers of housing and styles.  Some lots bigger than others.  Not every style is being offered in Phase I.  Check the link for Aberlin Springs floor plans.
  • Starting prices are $300,000, but the estate homes will be over $600,000.
  • Pendragon has experience building luxury homes, so you can rest easy that you'll have a high quality home.

FYI, we are NOT the builder's rep.  We represent buyers wishing for assistance with their new construction home decision and purchase process.  Our service fee is built into the builder's overhead so there is no extra charge to you nor extra savings by NOT hiring us.   If you want us to assist, PLEASE contact us BEFORE making contact with the builder.  Once you cross the threshold without us at least notifying the builder that you're working with us, we lose the opportunity to represent you.

Ready to for more details to determine if Aberlin Springs or another  community is a great fit for you?   Just give Bill a call at 513-520-5305 and we can discuss how we can help match you with the right community!

Hung Out To Dry
As part of our remodeling this year we bought a new washer/dryer set so we could dedicate our old set to just our pets. The old set migrated to the basement and the new set was installed. However, it didn't take long before we knew we had issues… more

Once Again, The Right Tools Matter
Depending on the project, I don't mind doing some work around the house myself. Nothing overly complex, we've got pros to call in for that kind of stuff. For instance, since we completed our last remodeling project, Liz has wanted the TV moved… more
It's Fall. Time To Practice Spider-Fu!
The Autumn Equinox has come and gone for another year, but the signs of Fall started before today. We've had some cooler days and nights, but still enough hot to know Summer wasn't gone. Some of our flowers have passed their peak times and some of… more
Understanding What The Customer Wants. Old Style or Tech?

The Real Estate Market Doesn't Keep Secrets
We might like to think the real estate market keeps secrets, but it doesn't. The real estate market speaks, sometimes in quiet whispers, other times in loud shouts. The challenge is to listen as the market speaks and adjust our plans accordingly… more

What Influences A Home's Selling Price?
When we're working with buyers and sellers one of the most critical parts of our job is understanding home values. Getting it right for a home seller determines if they sell or don't sell. For a buyer it's the difference between getting a bargain… more
