Shaker Run New Construction Homes Lebanon Ohio 45036

Got sticker shock from Mason Ohio new construction home prices?  What if we told you that you could have a golf course community home built by the same builders with the same floor plans and options, but for significantly less cost?  Lebanon's  Shaker Run may be just the ticket to more affordable new construction homes!

Shaker Run by Fischer Homes Lebanon Ohio 45036

Fischer Homes has been busy in Shaker Run for some time, and recently started another condo section, Lakeside at Shaker Run.

Fischer Homes also offers 20 single family home plans with starting prices from $274,900-$418,900 depending on plan.  Obviously prices are subject to change!

Drees Homes is now also building in Shaker Run and offers 10 floor plans with starting prices from $286,500- $348,900.

So between the two builders you have 30 single family home plans to choose from.  You've got plans for ranch or two story, small or rather large, so you can bet there's a great chance that one of the two offers something for your preferences.

Shaker Run Golf Course has 27 holes and is public access and award winning.  3 pools at the clubhouse and lake access to Armco Park so outdoor recreation is one of Shaker Run's strong suits.

Located off Greentree Road, Shaker Run is convenient to the I-75 interchanges at SR63 and SR122.   Shaker Run is served by Lebanon City Schools.

And by the way, you don't save any money by visiting and contracting new construction directly from either builder.  Our fees are already included in the base price, whether you hire an agent or not, so why not have someone who is ONLY looking out for your best interest?  We've helped others with their Shaker Run new construction purchase and would be happy to guide you through the process.

A Real Estate Agent's Education Never Stops
Becoming a real estate agent in Ohio is relatively easy. Take four courses, pass a state test, get hired by a broker and you're legally authorized to help home buyers and sellers. But the real learning to be an effective real estate agent? That's… more

This evening we decided to have takeout for dinner. There's a good spot two exits down the interstate from us that is pretty good. Normally driving down the interstate is the way to go. The speed limit is 70 and those 8 miles are pretty quickly… more
I Got Away With It Before
We added honeybees to our menagerie last year. We've had anywhere from 1-3 hives and we keep them on the back edge of our backyard with a fence between the Chihuahua break area and them. For the most part those bees are pretty mellow. They… more
Ignorance Is Not Bliss
When I was younger I could pretty much eat anything I wanted without repercussion. I didn't care about calorie content or how much salt was in the food. I might even ADD some salt if I thought it needed it. Well, I got older and things changed,… more
Not Every Contract Makes It To The Closing Table
I'd love to say every contract progresses all the way to a completed sale, but that's not the case. Things CAN happen, from the minor to the major. Over the years we've more than a few deals that started off full of hope disintegrate along the way… more
12. 7% Off Asking! What A Great Negotiator I Am!

The Neighbor's Junkyard
The house could have worked for my buyers. The right features. The price was in the right range. The location was convenient. Ahhhh… but the neighbors, there's the rub. One car that looked like it hadn't moved since its heyday in 1977. Another… more
Home Markets Ebb and Flow
Some years back it was tough to sell a home. The economy was rough, there were pages and pages of foreclosures in the newspaper and home values had lost 10-15% (or more) in our local market. If a seller hadn't built up much equity in a home, a… more
