Mason Ohio New Construction Homes Coming Soon:  Roberts Park By M/I Homes

M/I homes is following up on the success of their Mason Alverta new construction community by heading to the other corner of Mason to build Roberts Park!

Groundbreaking is planned for September on 140 acres on the southeast corner of Butler-Warren and Princeton Roads (just east of the Four Bridges patio homes).  Roberts Park will feature 189 homes with a price range of $350,000 to $600,000 starting.  Lot sizes will vary, with frontage of 60, 72 or 95 ft.  Considering that M/I Homes plans an 80 acre park as part of the community, your average lot size will be about .3 acres.  Based on the variation in frontage, we'd assume some lots below .2 acres and the largest to be slightly under 1/2 acre.

One unexpected perk for Roberts Park homeowners will be a Social Membership in the neighboring Four Bridges community (approximately $800/year).  Four Bridges sports complex includes a pool, tennis courts and more.  And Roberts Park homeowners will also have the option of purchasing a Four Bridges Golf Membership.

We expect Roberts Park to be in high demand like other Mason School District new construction communities (which are scarce).  M/I Homes initially used a lottery for the first phase of Alverta, so we won't be surprised if a similar event occurs when M/I Homes is ready to open Roberts Park to the home buying public.  First things first, infrastructure (roads, pipes, etc.) need to be laid before lots can be made available.

Plans call for a couple of lakes and a park, but for a pool and other recreation services you'll need to head around the corner to the Mason Community Center.

We STRONGLY recommend having an agent to work with you through the new construction process who is SOLELY dedicated to YOUR best interests.  We are NOT the builders rep for M/I Homes.  M/I Homes has built the cost of our services into their overhead, so there's no extra cost to you to have your own dedicated representation.

If you'd like to stay updated on Roberts Park development, please contact us for the latest.  And if you need to sell your existing home prior to buying Roberts Park new construction, we'd be happy to talk with you about the best path to achieve your home goals.  Just email Liz@LizSpear.com or call 513-520-5305 to discuss!
