Brandywine is not a pool community but does have a community lake. You're literally just up the hill from the Little Miami River! Just around the corner from the community is downtown Loveland with restaurants and shopping, along with easy access to the Little Miami River Bike Trail.
One atypical feature of Brandywine is a larger portion of ranch style homes. Over 25% of the community is single story, a significant increase over most communities that if you're lucky you might find a handful of single story homes!
