Fischer Homes is making steady progress on their latest patio home development in Maineville's Miami Bluffs community.
A few months ago their patio home section looked like something that was getting ready to happen:
Now they're well underway, with two patio homes close to completion and a few more getting ready to start (one of our buyers is under contract for their home to finish in 2016). The curbs are poured, the road paved and lots marked and while they're offering a $10,000 discount on options (limited time offer), it's the perfect time to check out Miami Bluffs and have us make an appointment with the builder's rep so you can lay claim on one of these cul de sac lots.
