We were able to negotiate a great deal for our buyers, a net of $33,000 less than the owners had paid when they bought the home last year and $23,000 less than asking price when factoring in the closing cost assistance! That decrease by no means indicates that Mason homes are declining in value, it was just a matter of seller needs creating an opportunity for a great deal for our buyers.
