Warren County Ohio Real Estate News and Observations: Simpson Creek Farms Community Of Mason Ohio 45040

Simpson Creek Farms Community Of Mason Ohio 45040

Simpson Creek Farms Community Of Mason Ohio 45040

Simpson Creek Farms offers Mason Schools but it's in Deerfield Township, so you get to save the Mason city taxes!  You'll love the convenient location to shopping, dining and entertainment options!  You're just west of Mason-Montgomery Rd, so Deerfield Towne Center with lots of shopping and dining options is just a few blocks away.  And for the movie buffs Regal Cinema is right there too!

Simpson Creek Farms is actually two communities, Simpson Creek Farms North and Simpson Creek Farms South, with the two halves split by Socialville Foster Rd.

Why the distinction?  They're actually managed by two different HOAs and Simpson Creek Farms North is the one with the pool and the play area.  If you live south of Socialville Foster Rd, there's no amenity package (although you do save about $95 a year in HOA fees).

You can access I-71 via the Fields Ertel or Western Row interchanges.  From there, commuting to downtown Cincinnati is a snap.

Hello Bliz Team,

A fairly new subdivision at Simpson Creek Farms  is making a lot of homeowners happy. Looks like the place to live shop and play. With good schools being a top priority with many buyers you are in good shape with that need.

Have a great day in Warren county Ohio.

Best, Clint mcKie

BLiz: The Simpson Creek Farms Community has the best of both worlds...excellent Mason OH schools but without the city taxes.

Clint, We've sold homes in Simpson Creek Farms and each time they've been flooded with showings and multiple offers.  Definitely a high demand area!  Parents want to get into Mason schools at an affordable price point, so that drives much of the popularity.  Hope you have a great New Mexico weekend!

Anita, Always nice to put a percentage of your income back in your pocket :)

Liz and Bill- or anyone- I have a crazy question- I have a family member of The Simpson farm when it was a farm. She said she used to work the farm as a child. Do you have any historical information on the property when it was an actual farm?

Thanks-
Donna -
