Don't Buy A Fischer New Construction Home Without Reading This!

But for the rest of you considering purchasing a market ready new construction patio hom, condo or single family home there's something you need to know that could save you tens of thousands of dollars!

Fischer Homes is about to run a 72 hour flash sale on Cincinnati market ready Fischer homes and northern Kentucky market ready homes that are ready for immediate occupancy or will be ready in the next 30-45 days.  Sale prices will be a minimum of $10,000 off the current price and up to $84,000 off!  Prices will be revealed 3 p.m. Friday October 12, 2018 and available for contract starting Saturday morning.  Click the link above to see the homes being offered for sale.

You have to complete preapproval with Fischer's mortgage section prior to completing a purchase contract.  The deals are limited to 72 hours, then the prices return to the current numbers.

That's an awesome savings, Bill. It's a seldom seen inventory reduction sale on new home. I hope anyone in the market for new construction in these designated area  will contact you.
